Random Ramblings....

Still on the vicodin for the shingles. I am ever so tired of being ill. I never imagined I could feel this awful from what is basically chicken pox. I am guessing whoever has the voodoo doll in my image must have cursed me. Most likely something to the effect of--
"I put a pox on you."
I would like to ask the demented soul who wished this upon me, to specify the pox next time, and possibly ask for a less painful pox be put on me!

I am done with the herpes meds for the shingles. Yet I still have them, and even have more popping out. I think the only reason the doctor prescribed them is because he thought it was funny to see me squirm in embarrassment at having to get a genital herpes drug. Evil bastard doctor. I don't think the pharmacist believed me when I told her it was for shingles. So, so embarrassing.

As I have mentioned many times before, I am obsessed with Russell Crowe, and his band, TOFOG.
TOFOG used to stand for--Thirty Odd Foot Of Grunts. Used to. Now he has changed what the meaning of the acronym is. It now stands for--
The Ordinary Fear Of God. What the hell is that supposed to mean? Is he now heading a gospel group? So bizarre. Regardless, this made me think, it would sort of fun to think of other meanings for the acronym. So here goes, and by all means if anyone has one, post it in the comments section!

Too Old For Our Group
That Ornery Guys Our Granddad
Touch One For Occasional Giggles
Take Omelets For Outdoor Gigs
This Old Fart Often Grumbles
Take One For Optimal Gas
Toadies Often Fear One Group
The Odious Freak Orders Grouper

I will add more, when the vicodin haze either thickens, or goes away completely.
Happy Monday!

Shingles is an advanced form of chicken pox, known to sometimes kill seniors. That's why it's best to get it young. Herpes medicine, how embarrasing! Nice blog, too much talk of diseases though.

Leon,
Thanks for commenting! Not many do! As for the disease talk, well that is my life, what can I say? And I am very sarcastic, so you know, a lot of my blog is steeped in sarcasm!
