Wow...

So I visit many different fan sites for "the man". And by fan sites I mean those that track his movement and post articles about him. I also visit one board where they seem to dislike him vehemently. It makes me wonder why it is that there seems to be two completely different reactions to him.

On the one hand, you have people who just cannot get enough of him. Travel the globe to see him. I mean these people really go out of their way to get just a little piece of him. I am not criticizing, I most likely would do that too if I had a huge stock pile of money in my bedroom closet. Which I don't. Some of them take it a little farther then is what I consider healthy, but you know if they are not hurting anybody, what's the difference?

Then you have this group that seems very much to be against him. Almost militant about it. I mean, I understand their point of view also. He does things that are stupid, but don't all of us at some point act like total idiots? They just really seem to take it over the edge too. Again, if they are not hurting anyone, what's the difference?

So I read at these various places. I never post, because really, I don't have much to say, that anyone would want to hear. I read them, because it is so entertaining. I mean, really it is like being in high school, and watching two groups of girls fight over the popular boy. You have the group that is all flowers and butterflies, and the group that is all skulls and crossbones. So very surreal.

Personally this is what I think of him. (Hey if you read this, let me know what you think! Right, like that would happen. Not in this lifetime.)

I think he is a very flawed man. What I mean by that is that he is not perfect. He has warts and pimples just like the rest of us. He reminds me a lot of my husband. A guy who can be the sweetest man, and also the biggest jerk there ever was. Of course he is attractive, but not in that pretty, sissy boy way. He is like the mans man. He exudes testosterone, in huge freakin waves. For whatever reason, he seems to be two people at times. The charmer and the curmudgeon.

I guess what I like the most about him, is that to me, I get the feeling that if I were to meet him, he would be normal. Not like other celebs, who look down on us regular folk. Well that, and his birthday is the day before mine, so you know we are both Aries. And his voice. Yep, I lubs me that voice. I think it has been described as honey over gravel. Whatever the fuck that means. It is just damn sexy. And his eyes. OMG, his eyes are awesome.

Oh well, that is how I feel about "the man". Not that something will ever come of it. Still a girl could dream right?
