I was thinking about the whole George Clooney(mmmm) and Arianna Huffington blog debacle. While he had said those things, he had said them at different times, not all at once, and so when she posted it as a blog post, it was of course wrong. That got me to thinking.
Wouldn't it be cool to have celebrity blogguests (word copyrighted today by me 3-22-06) on a personal, non celebrity blog?
Then I began to think about how one could go about having that happen. I mean, I think it would be totally awesome to have someone come on say, I don't know, this blog and write something. Maybe to make it more interesting, there would be a topic picked out for them to talk about. It could be something as simple as talking about scrambled eggs, to something as complex as talking about the theory of relativity. And no that doesn't mean you get to talk about who you might be related to. Heh.
Of course you could always give them a topic to be interpreted however they see fit. I mean, who knows what someone might think of scrambled eggs. I mean there are many ways to make them, let alone eat them. Some like them with cheese. Some with nothing. Some with syrup (my personal pick maple syrup). Some with ketchup(or is it catsup).
Then the blog entry can have a spin off. Like take for instance, the spelling of the word Ketchup. Is it ketchup? Or is it really Catsup? You see both of them. It could be turned into the great celebrity Ketchup/Catsup debate of 2006. I wonder who would fall where in this argument. There are pretty strong feelings about the correct spelling of the word you know. Hollywood could be divided on this. It could be worse then who is republican and who is democrat. OMG. It could be life changing.
Ok not really, but you see the potential here?
So no politics, unless it is to make fun of all politicians. No religious debates, just because that would bore me to tears.
This could seriously rock.
Any "famous" person out there who want to participate? Drop me a line. (yeah right, like anyone really reads this wee little blog!)
