Turkey Lurkey!

Well I did it!

I cooked Thanksgiving dinner with the trimmings! For my entire family. It turned out well! I am sore and tired though.

I made,

Turkey, obviously.
Mashed sweet potatoes.
Mashed potatoes.
Green bean casserole.
Gravy.
Rolls.
Stuffing.
Rob made hash brown casserole.

I got over to my parents at about 8:40 and started cooking then. I didn't get finished cooking until roughly 4. Long day.

Only one real accident. I cut my thumb whilst cutting the tators before I boiled them. Cut right though a scar on my thumb from a tragic can accident oh so many years ago. Bled like a bastard. Now it hurts. Oh well.

I am glad to be home.
