Ice and snow, snow and ice. Sort of like the chicken and the egg, which comes first. Well today, it was snow, followed by freezing rain and ice, and soon to turn back to snow. UGH.
Did I mention I detest snow and ice? Seriously detest them.
I would move to warmer climes but that means having to leave family, and I am not sure Rob would go for me leaving ;) Seriously though. This weather sucks major ass. I can only hope it stops snowing and shit by Saturday because we are having a dinner party. A Mardi Gras themed party. Beads and all. So I will be majorly unhappy if the weather interferes with my partay plans.
We have a few people coming, but I have asked a few people to come who I have not seen in forever and I got some sort of excuse as to why they couldn't.
Which sucks, because I asked way back in early January. I just want to say, come on, it will be fun. Beads. Lots of beads. And if you know anything about Mardi Gras, you know how one must "earn" them.
Ok, Spenser is off school, and I must go be Mom! Woo hoo!
