New Music...

So if you are looking for someone new to listen to, I highly recommend KT Tunstall. I just got her cd, and it is awesome. Of course there are the two songs that everyone has heard on the radio, but all the other songs are great as well!

I did 7 hours of transcription work yesterday. My god is it tedious. That is fine though, because I can work from home if I get this type of work. Only thing is I will have to figure out how to do it, and not have my back revolt the next day.

This stupid cold that Rob had, is now getting over, has decided to visit me. It totally sucks. One minute I can breathe through both nostrils, the nest only one, and the minute after nether. Then you have the coughing. I feel like I have a tickle in my throat, so I cough. And cough. And hack. And finally after about a 5 minute coughing fit, I bring up disgusting lung butter. It is totally nasty. So last night despite taking NyQuil, I ended up not really sleeping. Well I take that back, I slept, but only the 4 hours that the icky medicine worked. So at 3 this morning I got up and came out and surfed the net all the while hacking. Le the dog out, hacking. Laid down on the couch, hacking. Watched some tv, hacking. Got really tired, hacking. Decided to just try to go back to bed at about 5. Fell asleep for about an hour and a half, and then got up as Rob left. So I am in a fog, and my back is killing me, but what can you do?

Make bread!

I have to make bread for school lunches. Yep, school starts tomorrow. I am happy and sad all at the same time. Relieved and anxious all at the same time. Just a mass of mixed emotions. Spenser has not said if he is happy about it. I suppose he is just not thinking about it, because really what is the point? He has to go. Not like he can get out of it.

Oh well, my yeast is proofing and I need to melt the butter. I will try to post again later!

I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well, I hope you feel better soon...get plenty of rest!

I was actually going to do the whole transcription work from home thing since I have the medical background but of course that wasn't good enough. They wanted me to spend a load of moola and take courses from home first. It would have been easy and convenient for me but in the end, just couldn't afford to do that.
